About Temple

We are Mayurapathy Sri Bathrakali Amman Kovil, a revered Hindu temple located on Havelock Road in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Our temple is renowned for its stunning architecture and deep spiritual significance. We are dedicated to worshipping various Hindu deities, including Lord Ganesha, Goddess Saraswati, and Goddess Maha Kali Amman.

At our Kovil, we take pride in conducting a range of religious activities and services, such as poojas, bhajanas, special events, and more. Our large, functioning hall is at the heart of these sacred rituals. We are committed to maintaining the spiritual integrity and cultural heritage of our faith, serving our community with devotion and care.

We invite you to join us in our spiritual journey, participate in our religious services, and experience the divine presence that our kovil offers.
